We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes unforeseen situations arise. Therefore, a refund will only be considered if Career Compass, fails to provide the agreed-upon service as outlined during the admission process.
A refund will be processed if Career Compass is unable to fulfil its commitment to provide the specified coaching services, including course materials, live sessions, and other promised resources.
Once admission is confirmed, and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as outlined in the "Refund Eligibility" section above.
Refunds will not be granted if a student voluntarily discontinues the course or withdraws for any reason.
We understand that personal circumstances may change, but refunds will not be provided due to changes in personal situations, job commitments, relocation, or any other reasons beyond our control.
To initiate a refund request, the student must submit a written request clearly outlining the reasons for the refund, along with any supporting documentation.

If a refund is approved, the processing time may vary. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
